Order Insurance

If your package is lost or misdelivered by USPS and you purchased insurance, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

If you did not purchase insurance, we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages once handed off to USPS. You will need to contact USPS directly to resolve the issue.
